It is highly recommended that you continue with damp inspections even after your warranty period has ended, as it is far cheaper to stop a leak before it has done any damage than repair the damage. I use an industry standard Damp Meter, so you can be sure that the readings I give you will be the same as your dealer will get.

It is also a really good precaution to get a damp inspection done on a prospective purchase before you hand over your cash. 

 Gas inspection...£46
An annual gas inspection is not mandatory for privately owned motorhomes / caravans, however if the vehicle is rented out it becomes a rented property and therefore must by law have a gas inspection carried out annually by a gas safe registered fitter. That said, a gas inspection not only checks for leaks, but also the safety features of your appliances and that your gas regulator is supplying the correct pressure of gas. This a major cause of problems with gas appliances.

At around four or five years old most fridges start to pop and bang when you try to light them. 
Give them a service and they will be back to normal.
